Environmental Defense Fund
We're one of the world’s largest non-profit environmental organizations, with more than one million members and a staff of 500 scientists, economists, policy experts, and other professionals around the world. We believe prosperity and environmental stewardship must go hand in hand. We achieve results by finding solutions that benefit people while protecting natural systems.
We cover climate, energy, food, cities, politics, business, green living, and the occasional adorable baby animal. Our goal is to get people talking, thinking, and taking action.
Our vision and mission are simple – create a community that helps consumers find their own shade of green, adopt environmentally sound practices and drive impactful environmental changes. We are here to deliver a mix of targeted media content and recycling data so that you can live a happier, healthier, sustainable lifestyle; one that protects this wonderful planet we all call home.

Communities for a Better Environment (CBE)
CBE is an environmental health and justice non-profit organization.
Founded by legendary conservationist John Muir in 1892, the Sierra Club is now the nation's largest and most influential grassroots environmental organization -- with more than two million members and supporters. Our successes range from protecting millions of acres of wilderness to helping pass the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and Endangered Species Act. More recently, we've made history by leading the charge to move away from the dirty fossil fuels that cause climate disruption and toward a clean energy economy.
