The Golden Age of San Francisco RockThe Golden Age of San Francisco Rock: In this two-hour presentation, author, teacher, and rock historian Richie Unterberger shows and discusses rare film clips by San Francisco Bay Area folk-rock and psychedelic rock performers from the mid-1960s through the early 1970s. Included is footage by Jefferson Airplane, Big Brother & the Holding Company with Janis Joplin, Santana, Moby Grape, Country Joe & the Fish, Sly & the Family Stone, Creedence Clearwater Revival, the Grateful Dead, the Beau Brummels, and the Youngbloods. He's presented this about a dozen times over the last five years, and it's been very popular, attracting as many as 100 people
