Jack Kerouac’s classic book On the Road, is soon to be released as a new film. Join us when Kerouac biographer Gerald Nicosia chairs a panel discussion with Kerouac and Beat experts Peter Coyote, Dennis McNally, Joanna McClure, Rick Dale and Brad Parker. They will examine the cultural and artistic impact of the novel over the past 55 years and how the new movie is likely to affect Beat influence in our culture as well as how the Beats themselves are viewed in the new film and as icons.
