Definition of Decoupage: The decoration of a surface with an applied paper cut-out.

Come try it out at the library. Revamp your old shoes, backpack, or shirt. What else can you think of?

Note: Please clean item before bringing it over for the program.

Some materials provided.

Limit to 20 participants. Pre-registration is required.
