Qigong is  the Chinese art and science of becoming aware of life energy and learning to control its flow.  Qigong instructor, Leslie Shimmin,  shares qigong execises that may help to improve posture, balance, and energy flow through gentle, graceful movements.


This is a Wise Up! program for learning and living well at any age.
