A wellness program presented by Charles Kraus for the 50+ generation that demonstrates easily learned techniques for improving memory. Special attention will be paid to day to day isues confronted by mature adults, taming forgetfulness and remembering names and facts. Charles takes everyone on a supermarket tour, teaching how to memorize a long shopping list and where you parked the car!
