Alex Lewin, author of Real food fermentation: preserving whole fresh food with live cultures in your home kitchen will talk about the origins of fermented foods and show you how to make sauerkraut. His book will teach you how to preserve your favorite foods and beverages. You’ll also learn to ferment dairy into yogurt, kefir, creme fraiche, and butter. Alex studied cooking at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts and nutrition at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York.
