Eddie Murphy's first film, in which he portrays a convict, temporarily released to help the hard, street-tough cop Nolte track down two cop killers. This comic pairing engages in action and comedy during their search for the two criminals, all in just 48 hours. This huge success will keep you laughing just as long.

This is a Films & Videos program from SFPL. From feature films to youth-made videos, we’ve got something great to watch.

Library film festival showing movies set in and/or filmed in San Francisco.
