Hyunjoo Albrecht grew up in the Korea and learned how to make kimchi from her grandmother. A chef and cooking teacher, you can find her selling her Sinto Gourmet Kimchi at the Civic Center and Stonestown Farmers Markets. Hyunjoo will talk about the health benefits of kimchi, considered the national staple of Korea. She says: “I guarantee you will be pleasantly surprised by how kimchi can taste so refreshing, clean and invigorating.” Hyunjoo started her food company, Sinto Gourmet, in 2010.
