Hana wa Saku (Flowers will bloom) is the charity song produced by NHK, Japan’s national public broadcasting organization, to support recovery efforts from March 11 2011 Great East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami. 

Koto Master Miki Maruta living in Japan arranged this song for koto ensemble.

Shoko Hikage and her Koto Studio members will share this beautiful arrangement for koto with you to support Japan’s recovery efforts.

They will also perform works by Tadao Sawai, Hyo-shin Na and Miki Maruta along with guest koto players Yuki Yasuda from Sawai Koto Institute in LA and Brian Mitsuhiro Wong from Sawai Koto Institute and more.
