Learn how to light-up your craft projects with Amelia Strader, owner and founder of mobile crafting workshop GoGo Craft. She will take you step-by-step through the process of making and then adding LEDs to this adorable robot plushie.  Materials included.

While you craft, you can chat about SFPL’s One City One Book - Little Brother by Cory Doctorow, which features teens using technology for fun, a little mayhem, and to defend civil rights.

Borrow the book from the library or read digitally.  This book is available in many FREE formats at http://craphound.com/littlebrother/download/ under a Creative Commons license.  Checkout the link to also find out why the author endorses this free book giveaway.

For ages 13 and up. Limited to 12 participants. Contact the branch to sign up.  Call 415.355.5660 or email librarian Greg at GHom@sfpl.org
