Come and join us for DIY Spot!, a monthly pop-up teen craft space at Mission Branch.

This month:  LED Robot Plushie Workshop + Little Brother Book Discussion

Learn how to light-up your craft projects with Amelia Strader, owner and founder of mobile crafting workshop GoGo Craft. She will take you step-by-step through the process of making and then adding LEDs to this adorable robot plushie. Materials included.

While you craft, you can chat about SFPL’s One City One Book - Little Brother by Cory Doctorow, which features teens using technology for fun, a little mayhem, and to defend civil rights. For ages 13 and up. Limited to 12 participants. Contact the branch to sign-up.

One City One Book is San Francisco's citywide book club.
In 2014, we're reading Tales of the City by Armistead Maupin.
