Dr. Tarik Farrar CCSF Chair of African American Studies and History Instructor chronicles "Out of the Ashes of the Urban Uprisings, Blacks looked for new ways to take control of their communities."   Using film clips from the documentary Eyes on the Prize, Dr. Farrar delivers a compelling lecture on Black Power.
