Erik Peper, Ph.D., an internationally known expert on holistic health, stress management and biofeedback, talks about his new book, Make Health Happen: Training Yourself to Create Wellness. Dr. Peper is director of the Institute for Holistic Health Studies at San Francisco State University, where he teaches. He also co-authored Fighting Cancer: a Nontoxic Approach to Treatment.
