GoGo Craft will show you how to take an old pair of jeans and transform them into a cool bag for your bike. This bag is made entirely from items that you can find at any thrift store or in the back of your closet. Biking not your thing? Not a problem, turn your jeans into a shoulder bag. Then learn how to decorate your bag with simple stamps that you can make yourself. Bring your own pair of straight leg jeans and 2 belts, or use some of ours. This workshop is for makers of any skill level. Ages 13 and up.

Mobile Movie MakingMobile Movie Making!
A TILT filmamking workshop for teens.
In this workshop, teens will learn the craft of movie making and will make their own one minute movie using the skills they acquire. These skills include camera basics and composition, video pre-production and planning, video production, and editing. Teens will go home with their own self produced movie! All equipment provided.

DIY SF Tote Bag!Monday, June 10, 2013
Step to PoetryStep to Poetry is a colorful literary art installation on the Main Library's staircase written by WritersCorps youth. The youth, who range in age from 12 to 19, attend an afterschool workshop run by WritersCorps at the Main Library. The installation will be on view from May 10 through June 10, and consists of nine brief poems about popular culture.
A launch event will take place on Friday, May 17 at 6 pm, featuring a stair crawl from the first to fifth floors with WritersCorps youth performing their poems along the way.
