The catalogue published on the occasion of the retrospective exhibition (1995) of the work of Peter Koch, Berkeley fine press printer and book designer. Koch began his non-conformist career as an outlaw printer in Montana, moving in 1978 to San Francisco.
Today he works out of his studio in Berkeley where he continues to design and publish the works of maverick writers and artists. Presented in simultaneous exhibitions by San Francisco Public Library and The New York Public Library. Essay by Robert Bringhurst. Edited by Janice Braun.
