Title: Heal the Crack
When I received a group of sliced-up paper, clipped pages of bits and pieces, resembling little more than confetti, instead of an actual book, I envisioned a crack that the vandal hoped to create by his horrific actions. Yet, by the San Francisco Public Library creating the Reversing Vandalism project, I felt it began the process to “heal the crack” from this senseless hate crime.
