Have Your Opinion Heard at San Francisco Public Library
Customer satisfaction SURVEY available at branches and online
San Francisco Public Library is once again pursuing patron feedback for its annual customer satisfaction survey. The Library is making a special effort to encourage patrons to take the Library’s “Counting Opinions” customer satisfaction survey between Feb. 24–March 2, although it can be taken at any time online.
The survey helps to identify areas where the Main Library and the branches can improve service and better understand the needs of the community.
The online survey is available in English, Chinese, Spanish and Russian and can be taken from a home computer or on a Library computer. It can be accessed from the San Francisco Public Library home page at sfpl.org or at this direct address: http://sfpl.countingopinions.com/.
In addition, any librarian can provide patrons with a printed copy of the survey for their convenience.
All information provided in the survey is treated as confidential. The survey also has space for general comments and feedback about the Library. We look forward to hearing your opinions.
