The Winner Is...
The Adult Summer Reading 2010 program was a competition between Oceanside Branches and Bayside Branches to see which side of town read the most over the summer.
The Bayside (East) – 2140 books read. Congratulations to Bayview, Bernal, Chinatown, Main, Mission Bay, North Beach, Portola, Potrero, Visitacion Valley, Bookmobile- Treasure Island, and Bookmobile – Golden Gate Valley! Each branch in the Bayside team will receive a fancy Adult Summer Reading Program Champion certificate.
The Oceanside (West) with 1917 books read, was not far behind – Eureka Valley, Excelsior, Glen Park, Ingleside, Marina, Mission, Noe Valley, Ocena View, Ortega, Richmond, Sunset, West Portal, Western Addition, Bookmobile – Anza, Bookmobile – Parkside, and Bookmobile – Merced!
