A new generation of Mexican Americ ans raised on rock, rhythm and blues, and country expresses their cultural identity through Chicano rock, latin rock, and Tejano.  Latin pop explodes with the success of mainstream artists, while many Latino youth gravitate toward urban fusions of reggaeton and rap.  (In English)
