Join us for an illustrated talk with calligrapher Massimo Polello. Based in Turin, Italy, Massimo has worked as a calligraphic artist for more than a decade. He studied calligraphy at the Toulouse Scriptorium (France) and with other internationally recognized calligraphers and master penmen. Since then he has explored calligraphy in both its classical and contemporary forms. These include package design, signage and logos for companies, museums and individuals, as well as lettering design for wall applications.
Massimo has exhibited his artworks and led workshops internationally. He has worked on several short films, and is a contributor to Graphicus, Tipoltalia and Letter Arts Review magazines.
