Image representing a scannerThe Library has recently acquired two new digital scanners located in the Magazines and Newspapers Center on the fifth floor of the Main Library. These new scanners significantly improve the quality of prints from microfilm and microfiche.
In addition to a high resolution camera, you can now use ScanWrite software to clean up the images and send them via email. You can also use a flat bed scanner to scan images from books and periodicals, clean up the images with ScanWrite software and send them via email. The email file size limit is 10 MB so be sure to bring a flash drive if you want to save images larger than 10 MB.
