I am a mixed media artist, my work is almost archaeology. I consider my recent pieces
21st century cave paintings, reflecting urban landscapes which are one source of my
materials. Vandalism has many forms. There is the hateful destruction of books, along
side of the vandalism of hunger, homeless, and vandalism of spirit and soul. As an artist
and a human being, I have fallen apart and had the choice of putting myself together in a
new form, I myself became the material I worked with. My hope is reroute objects into
living batteries of energy. My goal is to move the damaged book, beyond words, into
A LIVING BREATHING OBJECT.
