All Desktop computers for reserve have the following programs:

  • Microsoft Windows XP w/ SP2
  • Microsoft Office 2003 w/ SP2
    • MS Word
    • MS Excel
    • MS Power Point
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 w/ SP2
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader 7
  • CPC Lite Plugin 6.3.3
  • DjVu Browser Plug-in 3.5
  • McAfee VirusScan 8.0
  • Quicktime
  • Macromedia Flash Player 6.0
  • Macromedia Shockwave Player 8.51
  • Real Audio Enterprise
  • Realpage Plug-in
  • Sun Java 5.0
  • Windows Media Player 9

All Laptop computers for reserve have the following programs:

  • Internet Explorer
  • Open Office – Writer (Word): Similar to Microsoft Word
  • Open Office – Scalc (Excel): Similar to Microsoft Excel
  • Adobe Acrobat

All Internet Express computers have the following programs:


Sound is enabled on all public PCs. Users will need to bring their own headphones to connect to the supplied "pig-tails" for sound.
