Free use of a typewriter is available in the typewriter room on the 5th floor of the Main Library. Please sign up in person at the 5th floor paging desk.

Guidelines

  • Use is on a first come first served basis; sign up on the waiting list when more than one person is waiting.
  • Advance sign up is not available.
  • Use is limited to 60 minutes per person each day when others are waiting.
  • Font size is 12 (pica) and the style is Times New Roman
  • The door to the room must remain closed.
