SUMMARY:Workshop: Intro to Biking in SF with Bay Wheels
DESCRIPTION:<p>The Bicycle Coalition will present a comprehensive class about everyday bicycling in SF and how to use the Bay Wheels system.&nbsp;</p><p>This is a great class for people who already know how to bike but are considering bicycling more in the city, joining Bay Wheels or looking to brush up on city riding skills.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Additionally, free memberships to Bay Wheels will be given out to class attendees.</strong></p><p>The first part of the class will cover these topics:</p><ul><li>Helmet fit</li><li>Preparing to Ride</li><li>Rules of the Road</li><li>Safety Skills & Tips</li><li>Route Planning</li><li>How to use Bay Wheels</li><li>Bike Share for All (for low-income participants)</li></ul><p>The second part of the class will be on-the-road training utilizing Bay Wheels.</p><p>No bicycle is necessary for this class. <strong>We strongly recommend participants bring their own bike helmet!</strong></p><p>Space is Limited.
