DESCRIPTION:<p>Learn about the history of Palestinian Tatreez, pre- and post-1948 and participate in a hands-on tatreez stitching tutorial with Amanne Sharif.</p><p>Amanne co-hosts the popular podcast&nbsp;<a href="https://www.tatreeztalk.com/">Tatreez Talk</a>&nbsp;and co-founded&nbsp;<a href="https://www.thetatreezretreat.com/">The Tatreez Retreat</a>. Locally in the San Francisco Bay Area she organizes free monthly community Tatreez circles for Palestinian and non-Palestinian allies through the&nbsp;<a href="https://www.instagram.com/sfbayareatatreez/">SF Bay Area Tatreez Circle</a>. Amanne also offers virtual and in-person Tatreez workshops, with previous clients including LinkedIn, Google, Stanford University, Pixar and the San Francisco Arts Commission.
