Sound Bath with Megan Heuer, certified sound healer, will lead participants in a sound bath session filled with the gentle yet resonant sounds of crystal singing bowls and the soothing sounds of nature. Participants can lie down or sit in a chair to allow the tranquil vibrations to wash over them, aiding in the release of tension and prompting deep relaxation. Each tone and rhythm blends into a therapeutic symphony, guiding the group into a state of peaceful rejuvenation and inner calm. Please arrive 15 min. early to read and sign the waiver. Please bring a yoga mat if you would like to lie down during the workshop.
