<p>Fabian-Gutierrez focuses her work on the rights of pregnant workers, new parents, and caregivers. She often serves communities hit hardest by the Covid-19 pandemic including low wage workers and mono-lingual Spanish Speakers. Her work includes legal intakes, community trainings, and legislative advocacy to expand family-friendly workplace policies.&nbsp;</p>
