DESCRIPTION:<p>Certified Breathwork Facilitator&nbsp;Erynne Elkins will guide us through a transformative breathwork session with ambient music and gentle&nbsp;vocal prompts (via excerpts from Henry David Thoreau&rsquo;s Walden, in honor of his birthday). Breathwork is an intentional, sequenced way of breathing.</p>

<p>As we unplug from our devices, we&rsquo;ll come together and breathe&hellip;individually and as a community.</p>

<p>The entire session, including 35-minutes of breathwork, will last one hour.</p>
