Set against a backdrop of ambient music and supportive vocal prompts, participants will explore the profound connection between optimal chakra function and emotional well-being.</p>

<p>We collectively step away from the chaos of daily life to breathe deeply, both individually and as a community. This session, including 35 minutes of guided breathwork, offers a unique opportunity for personal growth and rejuvenation.</p>

<p>Face masks and yoga mats are optional, allowing participants to customize their experience for maximum comfort and relaxation.</p>

<p>SFPL will provide books for your home library to enhance your understanding and appreciation of breathwork.</p>
