This film, about the deleterious effects of cell phone technology, takes a deep look at how humanity is reacting to the most profound environmental change the planet has ever seen. A natural electromagnetic frequency has bathed life on earth since the beginning. It controls our mental and physical health, it synchronizes our circadian rhythms, it aids our immune system, and it improves our overall sense of well-being. Not only are we surrounded by natural frequencies, our bodies are suffused with them. But in the last three decades this harmony has been disturbed, and dramatically so. Mankind has saturated itself in an ocean of artificial frequencies
At the cellular level it is also the most dramatic change that life on earth has ever endured, and we are only now beginning to understand it. NR, 89 Minutes, 2013, Closed Captioned.

Followed by a Q&A with Ron Rattner, a lawyer who recently opposed a super-powerful cell tower at 2620 Laguna St., adjoining densely populated apartment buildings in the Cow Hollow neighborhood. He did not succeed, but is keeping up the fight and sharing the knowledge he has acquired.
