Steps for Requesting to use the Latino/Hispanic Community Room A/B

  1. Check for room availability. It is only available during the MainĀ  Library's open hours. Requests are only accepted up to 6 months in advance.
  2. Read the Rules for Use of Library Meeting Rooms

    (Please read rules before completing application)
  3. Submit an online room request OR fill out and submit a PDF version below. Requests submitted within 7 days of the meeting date will not be accepted.
  4. Use of the Library's audio visual equipment is available for a fee Monday through Saturday.
  5. Meeting rooms must be vacated 30 minutes prior to closing.
