The World Inside

The Art of Leland Lee
Event detail

In association with the Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in San Francisco, The Chinese Center of the Main Library is proud to present the work of Leland Lee,  a 25 year old internationally renowned Taiwanese artist. Diagnosed with autism at an early age, Leland’s parents and teachers noticed his artistic talent while working to develop his communication skills.

As Leland faces various challenges in life, art becomes an important means of communication for him. He portrays the state of his inner world through his artwork.

Meet the artist and his family on Saturday, January 24, 1:30 PM in the Library’s Latino/Hispanic Meeting Room.
