BLM Banner

Since 2014 grassroots activists across the United States have united, using the hashtag #BlackLivesMatter and creating the Movement for Black Lives, Campaign Zero, and other campaigns to improve the lives of Black people. What is this movement? Why is it centered on Black lives? And what is the role of non-Black people in this movement?

In this talk and interactive conversation, library participants of all ages will have the opportunity to discuss and raise our understanding and consciousness.
