*Introduction to Indian Spices and Condiments

Join us for a session exploring the wonderful world of Indian spices and condiments. 
Simran and Stacie of A Little Yumminess (www.alittleyum.com) will demonstrate some of their favorite Indian spice mixes and condiments. They'll also introduce you to the most commonly used Indian spices and how they can be incorporated into your everyday cooking.  The class will culminate with a tasting of everything we make. 
Class size is limited, please call 355-5707 to reserve a spot.
Madras Curry Powder - used for a Roasted Cauliflower
Chai Masala - used to make a lovely cup of Tea (chai)
Mint/Coriander Chutney - a versatile herby Indian dipping sauce
Carrot Raita - a yoghurt based sauce to accompany Indian dishes
Quick Red Onion Pickle
