Join Audrey Pratt, NASM® Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) trained in Essentrics (Level 1), for a gentle workout based on the theories of Miranda Esmonde-White.  Essentrics draws on the flowing movements of tai chi which create health and balance, the strengthening theories behind ballet which create long, lean, flexible muscles, and the healing principles of physiotherapy which create a pain free body.

Miranda Esmonde-White is one of America’s greatest advocates and educators of healthy aging. She is best known for her Public Television fitness show, Classical Stretch, which has been airing since 1999 and is rated the #1 fitness show on the network, and for creating Essentrics - the technique which Classical Stretch is based on.

No equipment is necessary but please dress comfortably.


This is a Wise Up! program for learning and living well at any age.
