You have the innate ability to heal. You just need the tools. This experiential workshop will help you reduce stress, promote calm, joy, and balance, and take you out of the ordinary and into the sublime. 

You have the potential to become deeply empowered, express yourself, and open to your full potential.  It may even rejuvenate your spirit and remind you of the inner spark that only you have. We will begin with mindful meditation to reconnect us to our bodies, relax the nervous system, and come back home to ourselves.

Rachel Fleischman, LCSW, REAT, helps people move out of their heads and into their bodies to heal.  A seasoned psychotherapist in San Francisco, international speaker, educator, and writer, she is the founder of the Dance Your Bliss healing system and the Being Bliss meditation CDs.  Ms. Fleischman has been at the forefront of combining psychology with movement, neuroscience, expressive-arts, and spirituality.
