Join us for a fermentation workshop with Dave Gomberg of SF Ferments (SFferment.com) in learning how to make kimchi!  He focuses on utilizing seasonal ingredients in order to create fermented foods which are packed with probiotics: good bacteria which may improve digestion and boost immunity.
