Join us for a fermentation lecture with Dave Gomberg of SF Ferments (sfferments.com.)  He focuses on utlizing seasonal ingredients in order to create fermented foods which are packed with probiotics: good bacteria which may improve digestion and boost immunity.  This month he's focusing on how to make yogurt.  Samples provided.  No registration necessary but space is limited and based on available seating.  Please arrive early for seating.   For more information, call 415-355-5717 or visit us at the Anza Branch.  This is a free program, all are welcome!
