This class is beneficial for anyone interested in improving posture, breathing, balance, coordination; and ease muscle tension and aches.  During the class, you will be on the floor/mat mindfully and slowly exploring your movements with the teacher's instructions.  Please bring a mat.  No registration required. This is a free program, all are welcome!
