Would you like to sharpen your memories, learn more about the meaning of your life, and share your stories with others? Then join us as we learn how to examine our life journey including the major events, accomplishments and relationships that happened along the way. In each session we will engage in personal development activities as well as complete and share a two-page narrative.

Activities and exercises are based on the work of recognized gerontologist, James Birren, Ph.D. This is a 9-week series that meets every Tuesday from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. For more information, contact Hope Levy at 415-931-8679. Drop-ins welcome. Join us anytime.

Instructor Hope Levy has over 20 years teaching experience and holds an MA in Gerontology and an MA in Special Education from SF State University. The Encore Learning Department of City College sponsors this class in partnership with the San Francisco Public Library.

This is a Wise Up! program for learning and living well at any age.
