SF's Digital Inclusion Officer Alex Banh will present the results of the City's recent Digital Inclusion Survey, a first-of-its-kind study for San Francisco to measure digital technology access, usage, and perception among a representative sample of city residents. Additionally, his graduate student researchers Lisa Qing and Ahmad Sultan will present findings from their projects to quantify the benefits of digital inclusion and investigate cybersecurity awareness among vulnerable populations.
