Heart Meditation is a gentle, relaxing and deep form of meditation based on the spiritual heart. This meditation is great for relieving stress, clearing stuck emotions and blockages, in addition to healing physical problems while bringing balance and joy to your whole being. Heart Meditation reminds us that the peace, calmness and happiness we all search for can be found within us. 

Meditation Guide: John Benko has been meditating for 18 years, practicing Heart-based meditation for over 13 years, and guiding others for over 10 years.  He is a wireless communications engineer, but enjoys sharing this wonderful meditation practice with others in his spare time.
