Lo Mai Chi: Sticky Rice Ball

The program is a cooking demonstration and sampling of food. Lo Mai Chi is made with sticky rice powder and stuffed with sweet paste. Please let library staff know for any concerns of food allergies. Space is limited, pre-registration is recommended. For teens & tweens, ages 8 and older. The program is supported by the chef instructor of Charity Cultural Services Center (CCSC).
