Are dance + mediation really a thing? Yes. Please join us for the one-hour guided class that is meditative, soulful, energizing and active--all at the same time. A workout for body and soul. Meditation and mindfulness don't necessarily have to be a "still" activity. We can bring mindfulness, awareness, and presence while moving and doing our unique authentic dance. An ever-changing playlist of danceable music is used during each class.

All ages, genders welcome. No partners needed. No steps to learn. No dance experience necessary. There is no way to do it his wrong! Join a safe and non-judgemental community.
