Come experience human connection and collective healing through laughter.

Want to laugh and have fun while supporting your health? In this session, you will learn the health benefits of laughter and be guided through deep, yogic breathing, gentle stretches, and playful laughter exercises by Jenna Pascual. All ages and experience levels welcome!

Jenna Pascual is a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader and Registered Yoga Teacher on a mission to spark joy and increase vitality through laughter.
