Learn about acorn flour, a staple ingredient in Native American cooking on the west coast. We will be tasting brownies made from acorn flour, comparing them with other flours, and discussing the science behind the differences. Please let us know if you have any allergies, the ingredients used in the recipes will be available during the program. Recommended for ages 3+.

Join the Library's celebration honoring the voices of Indigenous and native peoples for National American Indian Heritage Month.
