Wild Goose (Dayan) Qigong is a series of 64 graceful standing movements designed to improve the circulation of Qi, the vital life force in the body. These flowing movements will help calm the spirit, restore balance, and heal from injury and illness. In this weekly drop-in class, you will also learn warm-up stretches, sitting meditation, and acupressure self-massage.
