Take the Library's Customer Satisfaction Survey

Patron feedback is very important for the San Francisco Public Library. The Library is making a special effort to encourage patrons to take the Library's "Counting Opinions," customer satisfaction survey this month.

The survey helps to identify areas where the Main Library and the branches can improve service and better understand the needs of the community.

The online survey is available in English, Chinese, Spanish and Russian and can be taken from a home computer or on a Library computer. It can be accessed from the upper right hand corner of the San Francisco Public Library home page (look for the green C-O logo), or at this direct address: http://sfpl.org/sfplonline/survey.htm. In addition, any librarian can provide patrons with a printed copy of the survey for their convenience.

All information provided in the survey is treated as confidential. The survey also has space for general comments and feedback about the Library.
